or similar approved (if applicable).
Ensure
diligent communication with sub-contractors, specialist sub-contractors and
consultants where appropriate to ensure understanding and ability of tradesmen
to envisage the design and end result of project.
Liase
with selected sub-contractors and selected continuity tradesman (if
applicable).
Assure
quality level is maintained throughout with full control over conceived design
in tandem with the client.
Ensure sub-contractors are aware of strict compliance with all planning conditions and building regulations throughout the course of the project.
Control variation of materials, detailing and layout as appropriate together with advising client on budget implications of any resulting revisions.
Management
of claims for payment with relevant parties ensuring all work is of an
appropriate and agreed standard before processing certificate for payment.
