from May 2008 the Registration of the title “Architect” is now a protected
title in Ireland with the commencement of the Building Control Act 2007.
This is a positive move for architecture and the public, whereby certainty as to the qualifications and training of an architectural practice are established and portrayed by membership with the RIAI (Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland)
Our Principal Architect, Mr. Padraig Smith, has recently been awarded the prestigious honour of a Fellow membership with The Royal Institute Of The Architects Of Ireland (R.I.A.I).
